Meals are served Monday-Friday at 11:30 a.m. in Pine River and Crosslake. The suggested voluntary donation is $4 per meal for those over 60 and $7.15 for those under 60. Crosslake will have an active election this fall as three residents will run for mayor and five will run for two city council seats.
10th Anniversary MC Ride for Homeless and Wounded Warriors
It is significant to many of the veterans, as what started out as a tight-knit group of 25 veteran motorcyclists raising money to help feed and clothe homeless veterans, has now grown to gain state-wide recognition as one of the premier charity rides in the State of Minnesota, having raised $8,000 last year and over $65,000 over the past 10 years.

22nd Annual Crosslake Artisan's Fair
Crosslake Area Historical Society's Artisan's Fair will be held on Sunday, August 10 at the Historic Log Village across from the Crosslake Corps of Engineers Dam and Campground in downtown Crosslake at 35404 County Road 3. Over 35 artisans will be situated throughout the Historic Log Village displaying crafts reminiscent of 1900.
