A mental evaluation of a Crofton, Neb., man who has been indicted for the murder of Patrick Montgomery of Yankton has yet to take place.

A Yankton homicide case is being held up by a mental examination. Circuit Judge Glen Eng says a psychiatric evaluation of Shane M. Tweedy needs to be completed before court proceedings can continue.
