East End Ambulance struck on KY 39

Early Tuesday afternoon a routine, non-injury single-vehicle accident on KY 39 south of Crab Orchard suddenly became a highly dangerous event for EMS workers and bystanders when a second vehicle crashed into an ambulance at the scene.
