May God be with all those affected with this. And for the Person responsible for these actions may you rot in HELL! Us tax payers are tired of paying for all your actions by putting a roof over their heads, clothing on their backs, food in their stomachs, and medical the don't deserve.

There are "monsters" every where these days, they are called CHOLOS; at least these are the more common monsters these days. We still have the white and black monsters but the last 10-15 years or so (maybe more), the Mexican cholo has taken the stage, front and center.

Should we go near you in the streets? For what? Who wants to have instant enemies just cause they live in a certain neighborhood? That is dumb. And killing and hurting people is evil. Most people have a conscious. May God heal the pain the victims families are feeling.
