North state opponents of a planned $1.5 billion, 600-mile transmission line across Northern California vowed Wednesday to keep fighting - even after the plan suffered a possibly fatal blow last week when its largest partner pulled its support.

Thaddeus Stevenson and Zack Stevenson, both 18, of Cottonwood were arrested July 4. Thaddeus Stevenson was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and Zack Stevenson with brandishing a firearm and carrying a loaded firearm, according to a release issued Monday by the Tehama County Sheriff's Department.
