Tennessee Construction Project Manager Pleads Guilty in Fraud Scheme

August 11, 2009 Edward M. Yarbrough, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, announced that Danny L. Morrow, 38, of Cottontown, Tennessee, pleaded guilty yesterday before U.S. District Judge William J. Haynes, Jr, to two counts of mail fraud and two counts of money laundering.
