Westchester-Putnam letters for 3/4.
“It's time we revise the school tax system to define what constitutes a sound basic education that the whole community must pitch in to support vs. specialized needs or desires that should be paid by the parents of those kids who use them.”
I'm beginning to feel what must have been similar to 1960s Bronx residents' feelings of helplessness and disappointment at witnessing the slow but inevitable decline of their communities. via Journal News
