On March 18, Kelly McDermott was driving on Panoramic Highway near Stinson Beach when a white pickup truck raced past him against the double yellow line.

Mr. Iaconi's reckless disregard for human life is tragic and this tragedy will live on in Mr. Shannon's children for the rest of their lives. I hope that Mr. Iaconi is put away for good. He has had other problems and other chances and he repeatedly showed disregard for the rest of us. Bye bye.
