The Tea Party movement is working, yet the masses are not switching back to the GOP.
The Tea Party movement is working because 100 people from Berks, Lebanon County and other areas showed up to protest at the Democratic Dinner. There's 44,000 registered Republicans in Lebanon County alone and the Tea baggers can't get more then 100 people with the help of Berks County to protest Democrat's. The Repukes can continue to spread all the Republican GOP propaganda they want to but the facts are the facts the Republican Party is a failure and the interest in the Tea Party has died faster then the popularity of the Republican Party. Only 100 people and Republicans call it a movement, it's no wonder Republican's can't lead the country any place but Wars. |

Did you not look at the numbers? Republicans still have the majority. These conservative country bumpkins will continue to vote with their party no matter who is running for what. |

I see that you also think that Repukes is HIH incognito. They'll never tell. |

Check out the great job your Repukes are doing in NLT. The supervisors in Republican run NLT are increasing the tax burden on homeowners who have something to take and letting the rest of the people off the hook. Republicans need to walk the walk before they talk the talk CBOW. Just incase you haven't had time to look it up, the Dems picked up more seats in the US House yesterday 257 Dems to 177 R with one race to close to call. Just more votes for healthcare reform ,cap and trade and EFCA. |

Because people in this area (but no Pa. as a whole ) are blinded by the R behind their names and genetics instead of what their government officials are doing to solve problems in the County. Look at Republican Senator Folmer the guy runs around Lebanon County pushing anti-unionism. Not jobs, but anti-unionism. How many new companies will even look at Lebanon County as a place to relocate when the local State Senator Senator Folmer runs around like a chicken with his head cutoff acting like Lebanon County is some kind of Union Mecca, when it's not. Just look at a majority led Republican group of supervisors from NLT. They have just announced a tax increase on only homeowners within the township. If you have something to take they want to tax you to death, if you don't own anything you don't pay a per capita tax. Yet somehow those with R's behind their names in Lebanon County can do no wrong. Your local Republicans may not be taxing the rich, but you have no further to look then NLT Supervisors to see that the local Republicans are taxing people that have something they can take. |
