This past weekend's Verde Valley Equine Festival featured the Arizona Horseman's Challenge, where five Arizona trainers were chosen from five Arizona regions to compete for the first ever Arizona Horseman's Challenge title.

At approximately 7:50 a.m., Yavapai County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to an injury collision on Cornville Road at Doraine Lane, Cornville.
