New Adopt-A-Highway volunteers keep U.P. highways clean
July 11, 2008 -- Several new groups have volunteered to help keep Upper Peninsula highway roadsides clean as part of the Michigan Department of Transportation's Adopt-A-Highway program.
Eight new miles will be added to the 25 mile long Copper Harbor Trail this summer, thanks to the work of a grass roots group.
