L.I. Man Busted for Stealing Elderly Woman's Purse

A Long Island man has been accused of stealing an 89-year-old woman's purse. Louis Mancini, 21, of Copiague, took the purse Friday from a shopping cart in the Merrineck Shopping Center in Copiague but was immediately caught by two employees of a nearby supermarket and held until officers arrived, police said.
