Trinity Lutheran Church in Convoy continues to host a meal at no cost for all senior citizens on the last Thursday of each month.

Around 1:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, Wren, Convoy, Willshire, and Ohio City Fire Departments were called out to 305 State Rt 49 just south of Wren for a house fire.

"At that point in time I had a couple of relatives on the department, and I thought it was a good thing to do and a good opportunity, so I thought I'd try it a couple of years and see how it went," he recalled.
