NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Five Westminster College mathematics majors were inducted into the Kappa Mu Epsilon mathematics honor society May 1. The students inducted were: Stephanie Burkus , a sophomore, is a daughter of Michael and Teresa Burkus and a graduate of Connellsville Area High School.

A woman walked into a Fayette County restaurant for a sandwich and walked out with a donation canister belonging to the March of Dimes.

Glenn Robert McClain, 82, of 217 Central Ave., Titusville, PA and formerly of Fagundas, PA, died Tuesday evening, April 30, 2013 at his residence after an extended illness.
