S.C. Price-gouging cases settled

Three South Carolina gas stations and a supplier have agreed to donate $6,500 to the American Red Cross to settle price-gouging allegations related to last fall's Gulf Coast hurricanes, state Attorney General Henry McMaster is expected to announce today.
