Rural Center Announces Over $650,000 Additional Funding for Tyrrell Water & Sewer Projects The North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center has announced major clean water infrastructure grants in Tyrrell County. The grants, which are funded through appropriations from the General Assembly, will allow Tyrrell County to provide water and sewer to residents.
