Man Charged In Howard Co. Teacher's Killing Wants Evidence Of Pregnancy Excluded
The man accused of killing his girlfriend, a Howard County teacher, last year is asking a judge to forbid evidence related to the victim's pregnancy, discovery and autopsy from his trial. Tyler Tessier wants Montgomery County prosecutors barred from using electronic and photographic evidence of Laura Wallen's pregnancy, including evidence establishing paternity, and photographs of her body's condition after her death.
