A Brookline man was arrested for trespassing and simple assault after police said he ran an electrified wire onto a nearby property "with the intention of having the wire 'zap' his neighbors." State police said Kerry F. Bourne, 51, of Marsh Drive, violated a no-trespass order by entering the property of an unidentified complainant.
