IDOT to hold meeting about Illinois 159 in Collinsville
The Illinois Department of Transportation will hold a public informational meeting April 16 in Collinsville about roadwork on Illinois 159.
The meeting is part of the preliminary engineering study for improvements to existing Illinois 159 from Kinloch Avenue to Morrison Avenue in Collinsville.
The meeting will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the American Legion Post 365 at 1022 Vandalia St.
This meeting will be the third public informational meeting about the project. Input and feedback from the public about the project is encouraged and handouts and display boards regarding the project will be available for public review. No formal presentation will be made at the meeting. Read more
