Collinsville principal wins state award for his work

Collinsville High School Principal Eric Flohr has been named Illinois High School Principal of the Year by the Illinois Principal Association.

Flohr, who is in his second year at the school, stood in a pinstriped suit before a roomful of colleagues in the second-floor library Wednesday afternoon, where they surprised him with the news.
