Comment period on proposed pipeline opened again
The Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest has reopened the public comment period on Tesoro's proposed Uinta Express Pipeline until April 22. The Forest had found that the mailing address listed on its website was old, while the address on comment cards that were distributed was incomplete.
