Rincon landowner charged in bulldozer escapade
An Effingham County man turned himself into police Friday afternoon after being charged with three counts associated with destroying a public works building with a bulldozer earlier this week.
Arline Causey Caton, 68, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, at Effingham Hospital. The Effingham County native was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Marion Causey and Layton Evelyn Hinely Causey.
