Downburst causes damage in Clyo
A downburst brought down trees and power lines and damaged porches in Clyo early Saturday morning, according to the National Weather Service office in Charleston, S.C. Jonathan Lamb of the NWS said the downburst occurred at approximately 3:08 a.m. in the area of Tuckasee King Road, King Boulevard and Morgan Cemetery Road.
A tornado didn't touch down in Clyo, but looking at the destruction the winds caused you would think so.
