The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still looking into an incident Friday morning on the Mescalero Indian Reservation after agents arrested one suspect at a Cloudcroft motel around 8:30 a.m. Chief Matt Floutte, of the Cloudcroft police, said the incident had spilled over to the Alta Vista Motel, 1605 James Canyon Highway.
