Towns score well in latest COAH report

Northern Valley towns are on their way to meeting affordable housing mandates. The Council on Affordable Housing's latest report regarding the progress for the Third Round obligations found that eight of 11 Northern Valley communities' housing plans had no objections.

Area memorials mark solemn anniversary of 9/11
