“The district implemented the program after determining that 85 percent of the district's 11,500 students are economically disadvantaged”

I checked the schools in the Clint Independent School District that offered the Pre-K programs and of course the five schools offering Pre-K had these stats for percentage of Hispanic students:
91% Hispanic
97% Hispanic
99% Hispanic
96% Hispanic
97% Hispanic
Basically, law abiding tax payers are footing the bill to babysit beaner babies. What a waste of money because stats say that Hispanics have the highest school drop-out rates in the U.S. It would be so much cheaper just to deport them instead of babysit them.

very true. This does nothing to help real US citizens, not children born here from Juarez. Try and be a US citizen with a job and get into pre k and the answer is no. In order for you to get in you have to be illegal and don't speak english. Another waste of money that the people being allowed into the program do not even contribue too.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
