Clendenin woman blocked from public records

She has every right to see the records!!!! what are they hiding??? and are they gonna get rid of or change what she is asking to see??? go for it Martha!!! bring some people down along the way!!! we are behind u all the way!!

The truth of the matter is she's just pissed off because she used to screw around with David Brinkman (the chief) too. She could care less about the town. She's just being nosy since he dumped her for someone years younger and she harasses them any chance she gets. Granted, she does have the right to see public records, everyone does, but her reasons are her own.

Well yes she was with Brinkman,but who wasnt!! he has a wife in fl. and i heard came her to be close to gf and daughter,then dumped them and had someone from fl living with him dumped her,got with martha,and a couple others and then got together with the girl old enough to be his daughter!!!! and thats just what we see...how anyone would be with him is shocking!!! but looks as if his young gf is bored already with him!!! BUT MARTHA STILL HAS EVERY RIGHT TO SEE RECORDS!!! IF NOTHING IS TO BE HIDDEN THEN SHOULDNT BE ANY PROBLEM!!!

Who slept with who does not matter. Public records are just that Public. Evans don't want to give them up because he is doing and has done things that are not right. Like spending Coal S. Money the wrong way, hiring friends to do town work with no permits and not quailfied, not bidding out the jobs, paved Councilman Sharon Hinzmans road using tax payer money which is not in city limits acording to town maps, Evans paid friends to make new map with Hinzman in city limits, and lets not forget the worst audit in years. No wonder he don't what to give information. But it is the law Freedom of Information. I hope that Evans don't get the thousand dollar fine I would like to see him get the 20 days in jail. Martha will you please give The Chief back his keys to the red show CAR so he will quit crying over how much it will cost to have another key made???????? HA HA

Go after them Martha. Push it as far as it will go. Id like to see Ore and his crybaby Evans both go to jail. The law is the law. Let her have the records. Ore has been nothing but trouble since he first took office years ago. The town has seen nothing but controversy. Ore has done nothing but lie over the years. Used his good buddy Mike Clifford to sue the town over dozen of fraudlent lawsuits. Got arrested himself and used some backdoor stuff there to get out of it. NOw he is teamed up with Evans and their records wont match up. Sounds like the ole got 2 set of books kinda deal.

That's what this is all about, just sour grapes. Campaign harder for your own candidates next time.

It seems to me that some of the people who have posted on this thread need to get their facts straight. I have driven on 3rd Avenue where the Hinzman's live and it is not paved. They have lived there for 15 years and have paid town taxes for all 15. If they don't live in town limits why then does the town of Clendenin tax them?!?!

I think that people should it the facts right before they put them in print too. I also have been to the hinzman's on 3rth avenue, the road is not paved. Even if it was paved what is it to you????? The hinzman's pay taxes too and have been for a number of years. So I ask again what's it to you????????

Maybe the road isn't paved but Evans spent thousands of taxpayer money to fix road. That is when he hit the gas line because he dug before he called. If you look at the Clendenin maps ( not the one Evans had his friends made ) The maps shows the Hinzmans are NOT in limits. And some past mayors say they are not in town limits.

I don't care what the past mayor say's maybe he didn't bother to update any thing.
Thati might be one of the reasons he is a past you need to move up in the present and
Leave the past behind.

This town is in a sad and embarassing situation. Why people did not listen and do more research before they allowed this Mayor and Recorder to take office. With a reputation such as Evans, he should have never been allowed to run for an office that had to do with finances. With an expensive computer system, and a lovely wife's help he still is a dud. Why do you think he will not make anything open and public. He is too busy hiding things,he truly does not have the time. Mayor Ore ran on his brother's name, and his brother does not like him,nor does he vote for him. That should say enough for his character. He is about as intrested in this town as he is flying to the moon. You folks wanted them and you got them. I think we need to use a feather duster and swipe them both out of Clendenin. Or...maybe just have the Police to escort them out peacefully. Oh for Martha Mitchell...She was probably raising her voice so the Mayor could hear. He certainly cannot smell as well, or he would keep that stinky dog out of a public place. How offensive that is. There should be health regulations to STOP that. Enough said! My dearest friend Teddy taught me that important lesson.

I think Martha Mitchell needs to hang tough. I think they will find she is a little smarter than they will give her credit for. She loves this town and she and her parents have been an asset. We citizens have rights and the DICTATORS need to realize it. Get some backbone about you Council. That includes you too Mike Stout, and stop letting these people ruin this Community. The 25045 and the Heritage group are the workers in this town and they get very little credit. They are the concerned citizens that work.

I agree with everything you said Sweet Pea expect the 25045 club. They do nothing but to help there group they do almost nothing for the people of this town. They are a business. This council has no backbone they are Ore's and Evans toys. Mike Stout has lived in this town for years and he is a job and he has lost alot of his supporters over the way he has acted!

Lay aside the idea that they are a business but they are moving forward and they are progressing in the town even if it is baby steps at a time. I will gladly give them an E for effort and you need to consider that too.

I was always taught if you had nothing good to say about a person then keep your
mouth shut . Why don't you give that a try?
