Man accused of sexual abuse of teen
A Morehead man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a teenager. Robert L. Sweeny, 22, of Clearfield is charged with sexual abuse, first-degree. "It's still an ongoing investigation," Kentucky State Police Trooper Josh Pigman said.
MSU, KWS to host community roundtable
