Nope, he was in the line at the bank while she was cashing checks. |

When people find "jailhouse religion" all it does is hurt put a bad light on real Christians. It's like these Adair county low lifes who spend Saturday taking meth and molesting children then go to church on Sunday. They aren't real Christians. They're just putting on a good front.
|

LOL, CORRECTION. meth and molesting on saturday and then going to church on sunday NIGHT., The meth burns out at around 10 am and then a long nap just in time for sunday NIGHT services. And then monday, they stop by the cherokee nation to see if they can get a check cut. ROTFL

I hope they get all the gov.workers out that say they are for the people, of course they are if they can steal their money who wouldn't be. the gov. needs to clean house and hire people that cares and check them out very good.I just don't understand people who do their hiring for them. this woman needs to be put away but on the other hand she was smart and who know how long she has been doing this they were really watching her wasn't they? took them along time to do something.

This is the day where you walk in hoping not to go to prison, and when the sentence is heard, they take you right then. No one gets probation on $10,022.00. They get promised probation, but it doesnt really happen. Let's watch and see but im betting on 6 months minimum. Good behavior and no jail rape, maybe 3 months.

I think it's incredible that none of the supporters before she pleaded guilty have anything to say. Is it because it didnt go to trial and they didnt have a chance to proclaim , "They Rigged" it, or that the Cherokee Nation "Railroaded" her?
Nope, this was a flat out "I did it!", not a No Contest plea, this was an admittance of personally stealing $10,022.00 from her workplace. I have to be honest here, i did expect for at least one person to step up and tell me that because she was such a good christian she told the truth. Not even that, WOW. How about a few of the people that she "Helped"?, no?- Now thats the stilwell way. |
||||
|
So she did it? I just read the article. Wow, there were a lot of people defending her, your right, where are they now?
I cant believe she pleaded guilty. That is her admitting she did it all. I know her, not personally but have seen her at the childrens school. |

The statutory range of punishment is up to five years in prison and/or up to $250,000 in fines.
Damn she only embezzled $10,000. she could of at least stole enough to pay the fines... |
|||
I think your misunderstanding,$10,022.00 is all that they could prove. When they haul her ass of to prison and throw that massive fine plus restitution on her, im sure she'll be crying all night. There goes any good future financial planning. All the money this woman is gonna make will already be spent. I'm sure Cherokee Nation will step in to help support the children of the one who embezzled from them. Wont that be a friggin joke. |

lol good one |

Not really when you compare it to how much money Janis Ratliff took from Jim Wynn Inc. some where inbetween 100,000 to 200,000 and thats only what they could charge her with becuase of statue of limitation. |
||||
True. But, isnt stealing, stealing, whether it be, 5,000, 10,000 or a Million.? Sure you could do more with more $$. But isnt a crime a crime? |
