no he was not new to the area...he's been here for years. i went to school with his son. and maybe people should keep this kind of low cuz i know his family is hurting!

dont start a bunch of junk about this family. He was not in his sons car and they really dont need anymore. Have compassion on a family that is hurting and dont get into a rumor mill. He was a great guy who loved his children very much and he will be missed terribly

so what happened, the news I heard was thru this 'rumor mill' so I am curious what really happened. Why did he kill himself?

yeah if you only knew what trash his kids are, you'd understand why he did it. his son broke into someone's truck and stole their 1000+ dollar system out of it. his daughter has been on drugs several times, been married, and now is having her second child. he was supposed to testify in court for both of them. his son also stole an air compressor from him a few months ago, so him and his son were going to battle that in court.

no he did not kill himself in his son's car, it was a blue truck. he did everything for his kids and they never once said thank you or anything.

IF! his son REALLY cared, he wouldnt be riding around tazewell the next day blasting music as loud as it will go, and hanging out with his pill head friends!

at least the man isn't suffering anymore..

what does it matter the why,how and where? its nobodys business...I dont no his kids but I do no his former wife and I no she and the family are hurting terribly so back the f##k off!.what if his son is blasting music? everyone deals with things their own way. im sure it was hard for jim to push the court issue but I doubt that caused this!...no matter what the reason,the man was troubled proably more then anyone knew and they dont need people to try to lay blame....leave this in gods hands and let the family deal with it any way they can....nobody is to blame here....he wasnt stable but you cant blame others for that ..Im sure they are doing that themselves but I hope in time they see its not their fault that he did this...no matter what was going on! he has to own this himself and tho I have compassion for anyone that troubled..I feel its a selfish act and he wasnt thinking of anyone but himself...

can you not say anything else on here? what a loser. that's ok, we'll see who's talking next friday when jimmy is in jail for helping steal something out of someone's truck. he has around 7 counts of grand larceny on him now, probably even more for doing that to his dad.

Well, I meant no disrespect when I said it was in his son's car. On the police scanner when the call came in, a woman found a man slumped over in a blue sports car, and blood was on the window. I know his son has a blue sports car.
