That shaking in Clarksville Sunday night was not a train coming to town. The United States Geological Survey reports this morning that a magnitude 3 quake happened nearly 7 miles underground at 42.571 degrees N, 74.112 degrees W, near the intersection of Switzkill and Willsie roads in Berne.
