The VVPOA and friends held a dedication ceremony for the recently completed 35-acre nature preserve located at Broken Saddle and Comanche Drives in Cottonwood on Thursday, May 9. Adopt a Life Cruisin' for Critters
The Adopt-for-Life Center for Animals, Cottonwood, held its annual Cruisin' for Critters Motorcycle Ride on Saturday, May 4. The ride began at the 10/12 Lounge in Clarkdale and cruised through Northern Arizona to return to the 10/12 for fun and entertainment.

A huge "thank you" to the almost two hundred volunteers from within and without the Verde Valley who turned out to help plant 3,000 new grapevines on the Verde campus in Clarkdale on Saturday! The volunteers, who worked tirelessly from early morning to late afternoon, added another three acres to the vineyard.
