Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects have really outdone themselves. They have created a plan for an urban center called 'The City by the Sea' in Aarhus, Denmark, that looks like a magical place to live, let alone visit.

The Friendly City by the Sea is making some changes to its downtown. During the town commissioners' December meeting, Mayor Scott Chadwick announced a grant award that boosts waterfront access downtown.
