Man charged in 2016 Citronelle quintuple murders seeks to plead guilty
The man accused of killing five people in Citronelle with an ax and gun in 2016 plans to plead guilty to capital murder charges, according to court records the suspect signed without an attorney. Court records filed Tuesday show Derrick Dearman intends to plead guilty to 10 counts of capital murder--two counts for each of the five victims.
