well i suar do hoipe he wins and all. i get tiard of payen all this hear monie to the govirment that i dont get nuthen for. i work for my monie so why can the govirment. if i had me a millon dollers i wuld jump arond and hollar and then i wuld give mr chester a bunch of it so he culd go fite em. i aint got no kides and i dont go to the liberiey and i dont call 911 and i dont bother nobodie so what am i getin for this hear monie?

Why is Virginia one of the few states that doesn't allow class action suits? It certainly discourages those without financial means from hiring an attorney to stand up for their rights. It also seems that the County should be obligated to provide written standards for the judgements used in the assessment process while there is still time to protest inequities or misjudgements--which, when I asked, they were not able to do. I protested my assessment, and while the county lowered mine slightly, they did not correct errors and inequities that occurred in my neighborhood, but admitted in our interview that mistakes had been made on at least one property I pointed out. What standards they did provide me with don't explain the apparent mistakes or misjudgements, or their inability to correct them. While I don't necessarily agree with the basis for Attorney Chester's lawsuit, I certainly find the County at fault for their obvious attempts at retribution, rather than in addressing the real problems with this assessment.

well i suar can spel my naim. i may not got far in schol but i aint hidin that from nobodie. it must be tuff for some guy naimed bubba in charlotesvile bein aroun all them rich and smart peopil and all. i dont magine that their are to many bubbyies goin to that uva schol. you jus kepp pushen that broom or mopin them flores and leaf the critikal thenkin stiff to me. maybie one day ifyou work hard enuf you mite get you a job at the abc stoir jus like me. but that would maik me you boss...ha ha ha!!
