Hello? Cell phone bill $13k

Full story: Knoxville News Sentinel

Shirley Ann Billings of Church Hill talks on her cell phone, but not at a cost of more than $13,000. She reported to the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office that she'd received a cell phone bill for $13,162.31. She quoted her cell phone provider as saying someone had tapped into her cell phone line and made numerous calls to foreign countries.

I recently got engaged and began searching for venues, etc. to plan a wedding. I have noticed that it is getting more expensive than I thought, quickly. I have most of the minor details worked out, but am not opposed to any suggestions. However, I am most interested if anyone has any ideas for a unique wedding/reception location that isn't typically associated with wedding. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount, but nothing ridiculous. I am not only looking in Church Hill, but also in the surrounding area. I am expecting to have between 100-150 guests. Thanks in advance for any help!

How about the barn at Allendale...kinda rustic but nice when fixed up...not sure about the price though.

hows bout my back yard? If ya give me enough notice I can get the truck to the dump and have fresh dumpster for the trash. I promise to run the dogs off. I wont charge much, heck i'm open to trades - interested in car parts, tires, scrap metal, and dogs or cats. holla at me
