Man says he did not hit and run, burgle or elude police

A Chula Vista man was ordered to stand trial Nov. 5 for residential burglary and evading police after allegedly fleeing with stolen items. Four witnesses testified in the preliminary hearing of Brandon Albert Loeb, 34, who was also ordered to stand trial for hit and run and possession of methamphetamine in a May 9 incident.
