The 84th annual Chincoteague Volunteer Fireman's Carnival will open tomorrow, Thurs-day, July 2, at 7 p.m. It will be open on Friday and Saturday, with fireworks at 10 p.m., and reopen July 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and Aug.
