During a fight in the parking lot of a Hancock County bar June 7, handguns fell out of the waistbands of two off-duty police officers, one of whom has been charged with malicious assault.

Although the Law Enforcement Officers Act does allow an off-duty police officer the right to carry a gun almost anywhere, if your going to get drunk and kick a guy in the head until you break the orbit of his eye until he is airlifted to Allegheny General, you probably shouldnt be a cop to begin with. These guys give us good guys a bad name.
