Economic development and gambling enthusiasts rolled political dice Monday at a Senate hearing on a bill creating new financial thresholds for development of a casino in southeast Kansas and operating rules for racetracks with slot machines.
Willoughy: Jeep crashes into garage, driver and passengers run away
On Sunday, Willoughby Police received a call of a Jeep Grand Cherokee operating in a reckless manner in the Lincoln Park parking lot, near downtown Willoughby.
