CHERITON: Man is killed in U.S. Route 13 crash

A Cheapside man was fatally injured late Thursday in a single-car crash here. Duval Montrice Washington, 23, of the 27000 block of Cheapside Road, was pronounced dead at the scene, said State Police spokeswoman Michelle Cotten.
