29 event will include free entertainment and food, plus a visit from a replica of the Half Moon Sunday, July 05, 2009 By STEPHANNIA F. CLEATON ADVANCE STAFF WRITER STATEN ISLAND, N.Y . -- The Atlantic Salt Co., the Noble Maritime Collection and the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce are coming together to present a free community festival in August.
