Compromise is the result of people who can not make an intelligent decision on a particular subject based on the merits of that particular subject alone. All liberals I know fit that description perfectly.

John, thanks for making my point. Your attitude and lack of understanding of the word "compromise" speak volumes. Your definition of the word is completely incorrect.

This stubborn view of black and white, as evidenced by George W. Bush, and apparently yourself, is exactly the kind of "decision making" that got us in the mess we are in today.

Sometimes it takes the input and knowledge of others, not just those that agree with you, to make an INTELLIGENT decision.
