Plans Announced for Phase I of Coles Centre

Plans were announced Wednesday for Phase I of Coles Centre, a multi-hotel, convention center, retail and restaurant development located at the intersection of Illinois 16 and Lerna Road, just east of Interstate 57 on Mattoon's east side.A Construction is to begin in December.
