Family Of David Messenger's Victim Says Its Rights Violated

The family of a woman killed by her husband, who was later acquitted by reason of insanity, is seeking an emergency order to prohibit the state board that oversees the killer's psychiatric care from holding a May hearing where he could be granted additional freedom.
