CHAGRIN FALLS SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR, BELL STREET:A woman reported June 29 a suspicious man was crawling around in her bushes at 9:30 p.m. He was a Time-Warner Cable employee who had been at the home earlier in the day to install cable and he returned that night because he thought he left some of his tools outside.

Pianist Dmitri Levkovich, who gives a recital Tuesday in Chagrin Falls as part of the Chautauqua-in-Chagrin series, recently won a first prize at the Jose Iturbi International Music Competition in Los Angeles.
