Drifting causing issues,WNCC campus closes at noon

Scotts Bluff County Director of Public Works Bob Bennett says more blowing and drifting Thursday is making things difficult for his road crews as they try to keep paved roads open and get a handle on the more drifted areas on the gravel roads.
