Walker uses veto to revive spending cuts, privatization

Erik C. Peterson, United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, announced that Samuel Bradley, 22, Centuria, Wis., was arraigned today in U.S. District Court in Madison on a charge of possessing child pornography.
