Fashion show gives discarded items 2nd chance
Kosciusko native Phyllis Robinson, 45, has always loved fashion. "Gowing up, when clothes were purchased, I always found a way to change or add something different to them," said Robinson, who now works as the assistant docket manager for the Mississippi Supreme Court.
