The jury trials for Robert McCombs and Roger Musick are scheduled to begin in Kent County Circuit Court at 8:30 a.m. Both face charges of tampering with evidence in connection to the homicide of Steven Day.

The Family Fare, at 4175 17 Mile Road NE, will close Sept. 6. The store's pharmacy already shuttered Aug. 6, and prescriptions were transferred to the Rite Aid across the street, according to employees who answered the store's phone.

Police identify Greenville man, 20, killed in M-57 crash
Police say Charles Samuel, 20, died in the July 23 crash in Oakfield Township . He was a backseat passenger in a Toyota Camry traveling east on M-57 when the car passed another eastbound vehicle on the right shoulder, police said.
