Cedar Rapids shooting suspect formally charged

Posted on Nov 03, 2009 by Steve Gravelle . Tim Reynolds Timothy Reynolds was formally charged Tuesday with attempted murder and willful injury causing serious injury in Sunday night's shooting in southeast Cedar Rapids.
